Perfect for private parties and corporate events, our Cocktail Masterclass is an engaging, hands-on experience where you and your guests will learn the art of cocktail making, all while enjoying the drinks you create.
What’s Included
Welcome Cocktail: Enjoy a handcrafted cocktail on arrival.
Professional Guidance: Led by a senior bartender, our class runs for 2 hours and includes interactive demonstrations.
Hands-On Learning: You’ll learn how to make four popular cocktails using a variety of mixing technique: shaking, stirring, and building.
All Equipment Provided:
Professional bar tools for each guest
Premium liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
Glassware for all drinks
All you need to do is tell us where and when, we’ll take care of the rest!
What You’ll Learn
We’ll begin by introducing you to essential bar equipment and how to use it.
You’ll also discover the stories behind the spirits and cocktails you’ll be crafting.
You’ll gain practical experience with all three core cocktail-making methods:
Shaken – e.g. Cosmopolitan, Southside, Daiquiri, Pink Lady, Margaritas (Classic, Spicy, Tommy’s), Martinis (Espresso, Lychee, Pornstar, French), Sours (Whiskey Sour, Amaretto Sour)
Stirred – e.g. Dry or Dirty Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned
Built – e.g. Mojito, Moscow Mule, Piña Colada, Aperol or Campari Spritz, Dark & Stormy, Black or White Russian

We provide a senior bartender and all the equipment needed. This includes bar equipment for the use of each guest; liquor, mixers, garnish and ice to make 4 different cocktails as well as glassware.
Pricing
For groups between 13–20 guests we charge additional $90 per guest. We can cater groups up to 50 guests, please contact us for a tailored quote. An optional cocktail hour can be added for $20 per person at the end of the class for an hour of cocktail service.
We are based in Glen Iris and primarily service the local area, please refer to our travel fees for inquiries.
Parking: For CBD or inner-suburb venues, please provide a parking space for our team. If this isn’t possible, a $35 parking fee applies.
This fee applies from Monday to Saturday. Due to higher labour costs, Sunday and Public Holiday bookings attracts additional charges.
Online payments incur a 2.5% processing fee, which is already included in the total amount. If you’d prefer to make an EFT payment, we will be happy to donate the equivalent of that fee to Women’s Legal Services or another Australian registered not-for-profit of your choice.
