Hi, I’m Dilara Camlibel, the person behind South East Wine Co. Originally from Istanbul, I’m a Certified Sommelier with a wealth of experience in fine dining, wine retail, and cocktail bartending. I’ve had the pleasure of representing world-renowned brands like Moet Hennessy. With a background in Sociology and Political Science, and fluency in English, Italian, and Turkish, I’ve developed a deep understanding of wine and a passion for providing memorable experiences. I am also currently studying for my WSET Diploma, an extensive wine qualification that further deepens my expertise.
