We hold public liability insurance to comply with public safety regulations, giving you and your venue complete peace of mind when hosting your event.
Pricing
We are based in Glen Iris and primarily service the local area, please refer to our travel fees for inquiries.
If you prefer to move ahead with a deposit, a 25% deposit of the booking fee is required to secure your event date. Once you’re ready, we’ll issue an invoice, and the deposit can be paid directly into the business bank account. The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the event date.
Parking: For CBD or inner-suburb venues, please provide a parking space for our team. If this isn’t possible, a $35 parking fee applies.
This fee applies from Monday to Saturday. Due to higher labour costs, Sunday and Public Holiday bookings attracts additional charges. Please refer our event staff hire fees.
Online payments incur a 2.5% processing fee, which is already included in the total amount. If you’d prefer to make an EFT payment, we will be happy to donate the equivalent of that fee to Women’s Legal Services or another Australian registered not-for-profit of your choice.
